Pilot’s good to go! gourmet coffees perfect the art of great coffee flavor. How do we do it?

Great beans It takes great coffee beans to make a great cup of coffee. Pilot chooses only the best beans for our gourmet blends, and uses the freshest beans available. To  brew your own great cup of coffee, pick a blend that is roasted to your taste, and try to grind your own beans for the freshest possible flavor.

Time and grind It takes time to brew coffee, but too much brewing time gives coffee a bitter taste. For great  flavor, follow Pilot’s example and use more coffee and a shorter brewing  time. The less time you brew, the finer you should grind your  coffee.

Clean water Use only fresh, cold water to make coffee. Using hot water from the tap may save time, but it will  cost flavor. Your coffeemaker should heat water to almost boiling, a little less than 200 °F  for a great cup.
